Our CLIF Bar Leadership grant aims to encourage and support diversity in leadership positions across the outdoor adventure sport industry.  From routesetters to AMGA guides or creators in the field, applicants are encouraged to submit proposals for funding ideas that will help you elevate your status in these spaces.
